Oh dear, sounds like a David Lynch scene! Glad you're in a safer environment now. <3 Waterfalls seems fitting. :) Nice cascade of fluid notes, interwoven with your unique style. I like!

Quarl responds:

Thanks Echo. Oakland was four years ago but I'll never forget the drive-by shootings I used to watch from my window. Life lessons, perspective. Wasn't sure if anyone would read all that :]

Great work, nice intensity and flow! I always love what you're able to do with drums. I can't say I've parkoured, or been freerunning - does climbing trees count at all? But anyways, I really admire those who can achieve feats which must require such explosive strength and stamina! And I agree with LucidShadowDreamer, this would sound great in a parkour video!! =D

zybor responds:

Thank you very much for your review! :)

You certainly know how to create fascinating mind imagery with your music!^^ Sounds like a story, enveloped within this gorgeous and powerful storm. Brilliant work!!

LawnReality responds:

Thank you!

Very nice! I don't think I've heard anything just straight forward industrial like this in quite a while, but your song had me instantly visualizing piping in a warehouse or a machine shop, in black and white. Really great!! Also reminded me of a couple 80's Japanese film OSTs. Your voice made me chuckle, but that's because you sound a lot like a musician I knew (he makes cool music too ^_~)

Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work!^^

Kryomax responds:

thank you!

Awesome!! I listened to this before, when first joining NG couple months back, in search of artists who produced ebm, industrial and what not, and I have to tell you those melodies stuck in my head as though they were gorilla glued there. Quite catchy, fully layered and just an overall enjoyable song. Hope you share more of your work here in future! :)

neonshudder responds:

I share here now and again but all my work is at neonshudder.bandcamp.com - I have a 21 track album coming out this month that comes with a 150+ page story.

Very nice and stompy, I can definitely imagine this song for that or fun behind the wheel! >:3 I think on its own though, I personally might want just a bit more, maybe a synth with higher notes to flesh things out further, but that's barely a complaint; I've heard songs of this caliber on albums/in clubs and so forth. Great job!^^

Achronai responds:

thanks for the listen! ^_^ Im glad you enjoyed it and thankyou for the review! I might add on to this in future so I will definately take your suggestion, I may have an idea ;)

thanks for your time!

This is great! Very pro sound, rich orchestral arrangement and facets of emotion. I definitely get the Hisaishi feels!^^ Btw, noticed you're also from the sunshine state - not sure if it's in your area too, but some theaters are having a 20th anniversary showing of Princess Mononoke this week.

Wonderful work! I feel like I'm just rewarming everyone else's thoughts up in the oven again by expressing this, but I was surprised to see that your song wasn't a recorded performance. You did a remarkable job of extending the capabilities of a DAW beyond what I've ever heard! I've always been drawn to music that carries one away somewhere, and this piece is certainly no exception, though I can't say I've ever played Elder Scrolls *sad, I know* *in confession, my experience is mostly limited to Super Mario Bros and Donkey Kong. Also a bit of Halo where I was more or less target practice for my bf's sniper skills*

I plan to check out more of your songs this week. Thank you for sharing your music here! =)

Really enjoying your work. I think I briefly commented on one of your songs when I first hopped over to NG couple months back, usually I delve more in wordage and expression but I wasn't sure if you were very active here and it seems from your page that you're maybe more involved with SoundCloud. (I've been on SC for a year or so but more or less abandoned the site for Newgrounds after the discouraging news regarding Group termination o.O)

Anyways, back to your lovely music. It's been refreshing to find some ebm, aggrotech, electro-industrial and the like here! I've listened to a few of your songs now and they all have awesome ingredients, catchy synths and overall professional build. I'm curious as to what bands in particular you enjoy/have influenced your work. Hope you post more tunes, I'll keep an eye out! :)

Intracate responds:

After betraying myself, I am certainly ready to have another go at developing music. To answer your previous questions: I have a vast array of musicians I listen to. As I discovered more artists, my style continued to evolve. Now that I have matured a little more, I welcome all genres and try to learn from all of them. Com Truise, Carbon Lifeforms are the two bands that I can recall being very fond of during the time of this particular upload. I can't thank anyone enough for enjoying what was merely a way to cope with various things. Best wishes to you, man.

Yays, a fellow gal makin' music!^^ This is delightfully unique! I was going to comment that it sounded like being underwater before I reread the title and realized that was intended lol. I also really like your choice of notes; it's probably opposite from what I would normally choose in my own composition, so I find your style very interesting!

Hope to hear more in future! :)

Quarl responds:

Thank you so much for that review! It's always refreshing when people are like "this is new to me but I'm still going to let the artist know that their work isn't garbage and they are special <3 <3"

You are my hero.
